Due to the cowardly way he acted instead of sympathizing with Canelo who is a victim here we could be a month away from a blockbuster fight but now we will get GGG versus some no hoper so he can cling on to his straps. He knew after the first fight that Canelo never felt the supposed power of his punches and a year older with a more prepared opponent he knew an L was coming. Imo he's hurt his legacy in a huge way for avoiding the rematch.

GGG will never have an enhanced legacy without a victory over a sure fire HOF'er.
He can bodybag 50 Saunders and imo it does nothing for him. All legends beat an elite fighter and he's never beaten an elite even a faded elite. Canelo has a far stronger resume and will always been seen as better than ggg p4p. It's too bad because years ago I thought he had the guts to go for glory. I guess he's happy destroying no names picking up vacant belts.
