Canelo vs Lara, who won?

Looking at the poll. Canelo must have a lot of fans. We know Lara doesn't

If I remember correctly, I had it 115-113 for Canelo.

Canelo hurt him to the body around the fourth or fifth round and the fight shifted to Canelo. Lara didn't throw enough in the last rounds. Very close fight though.

Failed to back it all up and then compared himself to mayweather after getting backed up from body shots and spending the whole fight disengaging

I thought Lara won. He got penalized for back pedaling but Canelo didn't do anything to stop him from doing it and missed a lot of shots. I remember being disappointing in Lara that he didn't stand and fight because I thought he would do better if he did.

I had it 7-5 Lara but it was a very close fight, it legitimately could've gone either way.

I thought Trout had a much more convincing win then Lara did.

No, not the way it played out. I thought Trout was winning early on but there was an open scoring system that night and the judges had Canelo up, by a lot. Trout, knowing the score, had to change his style and take some chances which did not go well. The decision was the right one but that is not to say that fight was fair.

After Ca$hnelo split Lara's eyebrow in the mid-rounds Lara ran like Fidel Castro was chasing him. Viva Fidel!
