I want to see Charlo GGG...but give Charlo a few fights...GGG is not getting any younger, why sacrifice Charlo now? And I'm a GGG fan...just not a smart fight for Charlo right now...he is the mandatory, let him get his feet wet at 160, and then force the fight in a couple fights if it's there.

It's not a fight on GG's radar, but he was only suggested as a possible replacement. GG would gain major props for the win, but it's only a suggestion. I feel bad for GG not being able to fight, but his safety is more important than fighting a suspect Canelo.

GG isn't a hype job and GG and his people are not the first to have a fighter rejected as an opponent. And don't ever compare PED's to a trainer and manager's pick of a replacement fighter.

I like Lara a lot...but as you know styles make fights...and the only reason Canelo and Jacobs could survive 12 rounds with GGG was they moved and boxed well, as Lara would do, but they also had great power to make him hesitant. Lara is not in the same league as Canelo and Jacobs as far as power, we all know that.

Again I have no problem with Lara coming up to fight GGG. I think Lara would actually take the fight as well. But he would probably want a lot of money and to this date he hasn't come up 160 - so earning the fight is irrelevant.

And Lara has never fought at 160? Why should I take him serious that he was actually wanting to fight GGG. Lara is the b-side...if you want the fight, give the a-side what they want and do the fight. I suspect Lara would rather take on other fighters for similar money rather than go to 160 and face anyone, let alone GGG. But again I do think Lara would take the fight, he just would want more money than he is worth financially.

And honestly I think Lara-GGG would go somewhat like GGG-Brook or GGG-Monroe...Lara would get drawn into a dog-fight and he would be outgunned...I just think he is too small and not a big enough puncher to keep GGG off of him...if you are looking for a GBH to beat GGG I would honestly look elsewhere

Resume, good fights. Why are fans obsessed with money? I want to see the best fight the best. If that's the case, GGG should fight Chavez in May and September if no Nelo. They'll sell more than GGG vs BJS on ppv.

I absolutely agree with you. I just want the best fights but if we're being realistic we know that's not how things work.
