Everybody knows Floyd's got those fragile hands and don't punch too hard but Mac was so bad that if the ref hadn't stepped in he might of been knocked cold(no brain damage, Conor's IQ would have gone up).
Nevada sanctioned that fight and the Alvarez Khan mismatch cause all boxers are equal but some are more equal than others.

He's not a kid he's 21 he wants the fight. He would get beat no doubt but isn't that up to him. I'm also glad the fight isn't going to happen it's a mismatch but saying this guy is a kid is ridiculous. What is the the NSAC? A baby sitting service?? In boxing terms he's still a kid.
This isn't a game of arm wrestling.
That's why there's level of competition in boxing.
A fighter goes thru the prospect stage, to contender, to actually fighting for a championship and becoming a champion.
That kid is still a prospect and he shouldn't skip the contender stage.
Let him fight the Lemiux's and the Centeno's of the world before he fights the Triple g's, the Canelo's and the Jacobs of the division.

The NSAC made the right move by stopping this fight. Kid looks like he's on the right track for stardom but he's only 21 yrs old. GGG and Golden Boy shame on you!

I am really thankful that the NSAC killed this aborted this **** fight before it was birthed. Fans deserve better.

What he has to do is stop deferring to his promoter. Sanchez who is closer to Golovkin said they need to fight a credible opponent. Neither O'Sullivan or Mungula are credible. I'm sure there is something going on behind the scenes between Tom and Oscar. Both guys made offers to different opponents at the same time. Oscar promoted Spike so he may be trying to recoup some of his loses. Really why isn't Oscar getting flack for picking Spike as an alternate. He isn't a credible opponent either.
