Joshua knocks him clean the f- out! His come forward style would be all his undoing against AJ.

Povetkin is the next logical step. AJ is under no obligation to hurry along and do Wilder's bidding.

Moreover, as far as I'm concerned he has ticked all the boxes required of him.

I would like to see AJ or Wilder fight someone who is a natural inside pressure fighter/swarmer with good conditioning and good head movement to see how they deal with it.

Both fighters have had their shaky moments, and I doubt Povetkin is anywhere near a Joe Frazier/Mike Tyson, but he at least comes forward and throws with intent.

it's a shame Junior Fa and Daniel Dubois along with a couple of other up and coming prospects are too green to get in the ring with either yet, and not for some time.

Oh, the point of this thread if **** the WBA, in my eyes they are the worst organisation out there, and have no place ordering anyone to even throw them a birthday party. And get rid of those damn superfluous titles!

If Povetkin wont accept step aside money that allows Joshua to face Miller, Eddie is going to begin negotiations with Wilder and essentially play chicken..... see if he can get a good enough deal done to make the fight.

PEDs or not... is Hearn willing to put a Wilder or Fury mega fight at risk against Povetkin? Povetkin is a risky fight, dude.

It'll be interesting to see what Hearne does.

            Unification trumps mandatories.

Pedvetkin can wait, let's get Joshua vs Wilder next.

Povetkin’s going to need a walker soon, that’s how stiff-legged he’s becoming in his post-juicing life.

He’s also getting tagged now by the likes of David Price.

But even at this late stage in his career, he has the skills and hunger to take it to Joshua.

I’d slightly favor AJ to draw just as deeply on youth as he did to survive and conquer old man Klitschko. But Povetkin would make him work harder than Parker did.

Joshua has height and reach advantage. Simply don't see Povetkin beating him. Will probably make him work harder than Parker. That's about it.

Why are people crying over this? #1 HW has to fight #2 or #3 HW next. Seems like a win-win for boxing fans to me.

so you would rather see a ped cheat who was caught like 2 or 3 times whos pretty much past it vs AJ instead of AJ vs Wilder? nobody at HW has this killer resume buddy. im not here to argue who has a better resume. Pedvtkin shouldn't even be fighting at the end of the day and if it was wilder who was in his shoes this thread would be full of PED talks. You people are pathetic but I get it mate. PEDvtkin should fight Ortiz id love to see that
