It's bias. They want to see their champ protected, only way I see it.

And they give Mexicans a run for their money when it comes to being homers.

they're worse than Mexicans, because Mexicans will be the first to turn on their own guy for being a coward.

        You're right on that one.

I for one can't get that mindset. Stevenson get's roasted like hell over here.

Stevenson is a POS though. And he doesn't have the marketing machine that AJ has. AJ is a brand.

Yeah I guess so. But still, we tend to be very realistic with our champs over here. The only one the public really went crazy over here was Bute.

Meanwhile, guys like Price seem to still be the talk of the town over there. The amount of hope invested in that guy is unreal.

I think they need to embrace all the connectivity of the HW division right now. Have Joshua vs Wilder as the main. Whyte vs Big Baby as the co-main. And Povetkin vs Malik Scott or someone a lil sketchy like that as a featured fight. HW trifecta with all guys who'll be in play for the next 12 mos vs whoever wins.
I'd be cool with Pulev vs Whyte. Whyte is a draw some how and that fight would sell. Idk who Miller should fight next.

Joshuas credibility would be questioned, even in UK, if he did that.
