Furys next opponents are reckoned to be someone presumably found on the streets and THEN a Briggs or Tarver. He's not even on the periphery yet.
If and when he does step up he has to bridge the 3 year gap where AJ has been improving and honing his physical gifts whilst fury has been squandering his own. That may be a bridge too far however skilled he is.
On a side note, how sour is frank warren in his regular columns? It used to annoy me as I'd sooner he talked about the boxing rather than constantly jab at sky and Matchroom, but now I quite enjoy it.
