Usually when a champion decides to fight another champion, it's called a unification. In rare cases, when the fight happens to be for all 4 belts, it's called Undisputed. The sanctioning bodies ALLOW fighters to bypass mandatories if they are fighting another champion instead.

Interpretation: Povetkin's cheating ass can wait.

Some of you turds should be flushed from the bowels of this great site...

Everybody talks about a trilogy until someone gets dropped dramatically.

Yet the old ****er couldn't bring himself to fight him clean lol

Can't blame him. Sasha needs all the help he can get if he wants to compete with Wilder.

the old ****er? exactly, when is american fighter won legitimately the prime russian-ukranian-kazakh fighter, never, you need to cheat, low blows, head butts, rabbit punches, holding and hitting and all these fights happening in us judging by mericans, you are not capable to win fairly, so you better shut the **** up and be happy your still having those fights, you wanna see what mericans represent as boxers go watch amateurs

There isn't 1 heavyweight active today that could be a part of a war like the Holyfield/Bowe fights. Those boxers and that generation waged war against eachother. They didn't worry about ducking eachother or having a loss on their record because they would just get back at it. The guys today avoid eachother and then when they do fight, they avoid getting hit because they are so afraid of getting knocked out. The current crop of heavyweights simply aren't capable of being in wars like that. They got hit with 60 punches per round, if these guys now get hit with 60 punches in a whole fight they usually lose. None of them can take a beating and keep throwing the way those guys did. That generation of heavyweights was really special.
