If you don't eat meats you can actually get sick, just like if you don't eat green vegetables your going to get scurvy, so be careful listening to people who don't study diet and follow fads.

Scurvy is the name for a vitamin C deficiency. It can lead to anemia, debility, exhaustion, spontaneous bleeding, pain in the limbs, and especially the legs, swelling in some parts of the body, and sometimes ulceration of the gums and loss of teeth.
Scurvy has been known since ancient Greek and Egyptian times. It is often associated with sailors in the 15th to 18th centuries, when long sea voyages made it hard to get a steady supply of fresh produce. Many died from the effects.

Now the next bodybuilding fads are not eating vegetables and only eating protein and a million people by this crap and follow this new fad even in 2018 without asking a doctor and just following a youtube channel because he's so built and cut and then they actually get scurvy and see a doctor and he asked them why didn't you ask a doctor first or study it and learn the risk because everyone's body isn't the same and certain people have low vitamin deficiency then others and you just can't believe and do everything everyone else says without knowing the risk and vitamin and natural animal fats like fish oils and the importance things to eat like green vegetables and meats.
Just don't rely on store bought vitamins because you don't know what your taking and they actually fake vitamin synthetic pills to trick the brain and made to look great and healthy and your told they are and they are making billions off us and lying their ass off.
Because when a doctor finds out and tells you there's nothing wrong with you and you keep coming back to them, they actually give you a placebo, milk sugar pills and then your just fine and the pain goes away and this happens more then you think.
You taking multi vitamins, milk sugar pills or synthetic vitamins and your just getting vitamins from foods and your endurance and energy is up and it's all Psychological and they actually know this from studying us and the brain.
All it has to say it's healthy and vitamins and your brain will give you a high.

You don't know what your taking and these greedy bastards know this and just giving your ass milk sugar pills for 15 dollars a bottle and advertising balanced bacterial pills when you just need to eat Yogurt and they sell you this stuff with a gorgeous slim fake breast model and sports reporter and it's just milk sugar pills or synthetic pills and your paying for it.
Now you know and this isn't conspiracy theories or lies, this is the real greedy corporations coming up with some new thing to sell, fad marketing dollar grabbing ideas.
So your dumb assess are going vegetarian and taking vitamins and fish oils and are actually taking fake vitamins fake fish oil pills and getting sick and don't know why and going back to meats because you actually need it and don't even realize it and no pills even real ones of laboratory synthetic man made vitamins can never take the place of real meats fish and vegetables and if you don't believe me just try a store bought vitamin diet with no milk vegetables and protein from meats and watch your dumb self get sick and die.

Enough protein and fat?
Eating around 3kg of potatoes a day will provide just over 2000kcal, a reasonable amount for a man of his size aiming to lose weight. But while potatoes are an excellent source of carbohydrates and fibre, he may struggle to get enough protein. A 120kg man may need up to 90g of protein, but this diet will provide only 60g.
Proteins are made up of a range of amino acids, including some that must be supplied in our diet, and potatoes contain a surprisingly good balance of these. But, despite spuds providing a good balance of amino-acids, there simply won’t be enough of them in Taylor’s diet.
Potatoes are also low in fat (only 9g per 3kg), so Taylor’s diet doesn’t supply enough of the two essential fatty acids (linolenic and linoleic acid), nor does it provide enough fat to aid the absorption of fat soluble vitamins: A, D, E and K.
Because you actually need these fatty oils and protein from steaks and meats and fish and turkey and others, to live healthy and have a balanced diet and doctors know this and people give unhealthy advice and they don't study anything, or know what their talking about.
You can't even live on just potatoes, you need animal protein and other natural foods and even Sun light to stay healthy.
Could you survive on vitamin pills and water alone?
Definitely not. Vitamins are micronutrients. Your body needs them in small quan****** to ensure optimum health, but they don’t comprise the bulk of the food you need to survive. For that you need the correct mixture of carbohydrates, fats and proteins.
A multivitamin tablet does normally contain a small amount of starch, and some protein in the form of brewer’s yeast. But to get enough calories to survive, you would need to eat a couple of thousand tablets per day. And if you tried doing that, the huge dose of vitamin A would cause liver failure, long before you noticed malnutrition from the missing fatty acids. If you stuck to the recommended dose of one or two tablets per day, you would simply starve to death in about six weeks.

Why would i listen to anyone who suggest me to become vegetarian, when all these studies tell you to eat meats and animal protein is actually needed and very important to your diet and if you don't eat these things, you better find a way to get these proteins and Omega 3 fatty acids and healthy fats from animals and not just from fake or synthetic man made pills.

I'm not sure about recovery from training, because I'm not a professional athlete, but recovery from injuries is much faster it's definitely!
