I'm not sure what's taking them so long to pick an opponent. It's less than a month away unless they have an opponent and don't wanna announce it yet.

Golovkin could EASILY fight Saunders in June

NO, he is not a superstar
NO, he is not married to that date
NO, there is no reason whatsoever why that fight simply cannot happen lol

and Andrade..... he is not established at 160, and he is not ranked in the top 5..... can Hypekin actually beat those guys, or not?

You actually do not have a clue if it "easily" could happen or not in June. If Golovkin didn't actually have a fight date already scheduled, hadn't already been in full scale training, if Saunders hadn't been injured then may be it would be easier to make.

The situation sucks and in all likelihood Golovkin's opponents is going to stink. I am not going to pay to watch him against a chump. This fight will not help his legacy. All that said I am not going to blast him for the May 5th opponent. Canelo f'd this up. Golovkin will unlikely be fighting anyone else but Canelo after May. As a boxing fan it sucks. That's why I said last year everyone else in the division needs to keep fighting and building their reps. Waiting around for Golovkin when he has Canelo is a losing proposition.

Trolls such as yourself think everything is easy. When your life experience is getting up and working a minimum wage job you tend to think decisions like this are easy. People who actually make things happen know that generally isn't the case.

Now there is no doubt Saunders would be a tough fight. As a fan I'd love to see them fight sooner rather than later. That said I understand one, Saunders isn't ready now to fight and Golovkin is. Golovkin has been in training for a month. His training cycle is two months, not three months. And yes obviously he has Canelo still in his sights. I won't deny that is big part of the puzzle. It would be dumb to take a Saunders risk when he has the biggest or second biggest pay day of his career on the line. I hate it but I get it. And that's why Golovkin or no one else in his position would be doing differently.

Hey tard Saunders isn’t ready to fight in May. He isn’t ready now. Golovkin does 2 month training sessions. He would have had to been in training for 3 months or longer.

I already said I would not buy a PPV. I’ve already said I don’t like any of the potential fights. It is a crappy situation.
