Wilder SHOULD be more popular than AJ. He has more charisma and a fierce fighting style not seen since Tyson. He also has explosive power that adds tension to every fight he's in. Something which AJ can no longer claim after his AJ/Parker fight.

Joshua practically has every media outlet in the UK building up his image as the next coming of Ali.

Americans have had their share of great HWs from Ali, Tyson, Louis, Foreman and Holyfield so are a bit jaded and take Wilder for granted. For the Brits, Joshua is the first potential great HW since Lewis so it's a big deal for them especially since they're no longer a strong player in their national pastimes e.g. football, cricket....

No wonder why he keeps mentioning AJ. By mentioning AJ his name is getting out there.

Wilder only has 290k Twitter followers
AJ has 1.99 Mil Twitter followers

Wilder can barely fill out a venue. These views he has must be Shirley Winkel refreshing the page

you dont get popular by fighting 39 tomatoe and one decent 106 year old ortiz....you get popular by being olympic champion and by your 21st bout collecting the IBF , WBA , WBO AND IBO belts and being involved in fight of the year against an all time great heavyweight which took place in front 90k supporters at wembley stadium.....i hope we have cleared this up now

Anthony Joshua got 1.1 mil views on BBC from a video posted 9 months ago and 800k views from the Graham Norton show from a video posted back in Jan. Big fish small pond.

Joshua needs to be realistic if he wants to make this fight in America. A 50/50 split is being generous to him.
Haha D- troll thread. You get the D for effort in finding some of the most irrelevant information I've seen.

Let me put this argument to bed. Deontay wilder has had 40 fights and is only now earning $1.5 million a fight. Anthony Joshua has had 21 fights and is earning 20 million plus a fight...so please can we stop all these desperate attempts to make Wilder seem like he's more popular than Joshua?

Wilder didn't sell a fight in his entire life, he's fighting on other people undercards. You ******s who fallow Wilder are the worst. You nuthuggers making all excuses for Wilder, because of you he cherry picking and ducking AJ! Pathetic fangirls.

Actually, the video by BBC posted 9 months ago has 14million views.

Has anthing Wilder ever done got 14million views? No. Plus the breakfast club did a interview with that dreadfully joke of a rapper 6ix9ine and that has 7million views.. Even he got more views than Wilder.

I'm sure it has nothing to do with sites like TMZ linking the video because of the body comments.

Trying to compare Wilder to Joshua is going full ******. If Joshua made comments about wanting to kill someone in the ring it'd get a hell of a lot more than 1 mil views.

Wilders popularity shows in his purses. By mentioning Joshua he is more popular than he's ever been he even got his highest payday last time out, 2.1 mil. Joshua can fight anyone and earn 15+ mil. Wilder isn't in the same league.

But wait, he said nobody in the comments section was talking about the body comments...so that can't be the reason for any views.😂
