Proof of negotiations of Canelo v Golovkin III ? Of course not, for one thing any public moves by either side would be legally problematic ahead of the NSAC's ruling.

But do you seriously think there is any way they won't already be laying the ground work for it ? Its still the biggest money fight in boxing, and GB just took a financial tanking and need it more than ever before. PLUS they are liable to get whacked by a lawsuit by the Golovkin side unless they come good on the rematch (Golovkin also having taken a financial tanking).

Expect the two sides to be nice as pie to each other from now on, and Golovkin to get a real sweetheart deal in the rematch in lieu of a lawsuit. Hell, they may even let him walk out second !

And accepting GB's O'Sullivan would be just part of the goodwill on Loeffler's part.

I don't blame Golovkin for wanting to maintain the possibility of the Canelo rematch happening in September. That's 8 figures, his life, his family's future. I don't blame him at all. He deserved the first fight with Canelo, some feel he deserved to win, he deserved the rematch, but Canelo chose to eat the meat and not a snickers bar, he definitely deserves the rematch even if it is postponed. I am sure he was advised to not take on another top champion or dangerous opponent in order to preserve such a big fight.

We ALL know he lost. Jacobs put him on blast after the fight saying they gave it to lil g so they can make the Nelo fight then Nelo beat him & now they want a 2nd fight but as you see lil g is coming to a wall....LOL....fakes don't last long.

loeffler has known for some time the fight might be off the table...plenty of time to line up suitable replacement fights
