I doubt the rematch ever happens after this but to say that he can never be trusted it would have to be proven that he took performance enhancing drugs intentionally in the first place. Which I don't believe has been proven yet.

There was no way this fight was going to move forward. Even despite Canelo's chance of pleading his case and being cleared, which seemed unlikely if you've ever witnessed an NSAC disciplinary hearing, the event was leaking money. They will try to do it again when they can maximize profits.
