Absolutely no reason why this fight can't happen late summer or early fall of this year.

1. No one cares about that mandatory bs. The alphabet rankings generally suck. Alvarez GGG didn't need any mando to be the fight everyone wanted to see, just like Wilder Joshua.
2. Hearn has asked Wilder to fight Whyte voluntarily while Joshua fights Miller voluntarily.
3. Anythony Joshua himself has said that he could see the Wilder fight happening in 2019 or 2020. Well over a year off. That's even worse then sending an offer that would contractually bind a fight to happen.
4. PED test just happened, its irrelevant to what I said.
5. No one said the situation was identical and the differences still don't allay the FACT that you were critical of Golden Boy for using the we don't have to fight GGG excuse to push the fight down the road. You argued with other posters who made similar statements.
6. Bollocks is any so called fan who says a fight should be delayed because one fighter can make money fighting other fighters.

well hes applying pressure as should the fans, I think aj is a better all around technical fighter but hes not ready for an akward hard hitting fighter like wilder. I think aj is tailor made for wilders style as hes an orthodox, with no head movement, who is there to be hit and gasses if he has to exchange. Hearn and he should just be honest with the fans and say we want a few more fights before we fight wilder instead of feeding us all the bullsht. it doesn't make aj less of a fighter or wilder better but I think a lot of you all know its a high chance AJ gets koed if this fight is next. ESPECIALLY if he fights anything like he did saturdayComment

I was critical of them for sending GGG an offer to fight in a years time, for a fixed fee, then bullshitting gullible fans like you into believing that GGG was the one who was stalling because he didn't sign it immediately.
If Canelo had said "I'm not ready for GGG yet" and relinquished the WBC MW title as soon as he won it I would have had no problem with that at all.
If GGG had called him out a year later and said "50/50 or no fight" I wouldn't have criticised Canelo for turning him down.
If GGG had then said "Ok, I'll accept 40/60" I still wouldn't have criticised Canelo for turning him down again, or for saying he wanted to fight somebody else first.
Wilder has done nothing to make me believe he genuinely wants to fight AJ next. And even I did believe him I would still say that AJ has the right to fight somebody else first, if that's what he wants to do.Comment
