Whats up with Jermall Charlo? Why isn't he stepping in to fight GGG on May 5th?

Why is Jermall Charlo suddenly gone quiet? He is the #1 WBC mandatory and is training for a fight against Centeno in late April. Nobody wants to see that mismatch anyway since Centeno already got knocked out by Sulecki who is nothing special.

I checked out his social media and found nothing. Andrade, Derevyachenko, Spike and even Ramirez made some noise and are ready to step in.

Warren alrady said that Saunders is not ready for May because of the hand injury.

He needs a full training camp blah blah blah all those excuses, Charlo clearly just doesn't want it.
Stepping in to replace Canelo is the biggest move any fighter can make right now there are a lot of good fighters willing to do this and Charlo isn't one, he's too scared.

But he is in full training camp to fight at 160 on April 21st. He is the #1 mandatory.

It's pretty much already canceled we're all waiting on official confirmation and we likely wont get that until the 10th.

Rafael said it is cancelled 10000000%.. Loeffler said they would probably move to the MGM and do their own card with GGG because Canelo will probably be suspended.

Some fighters already came out and called out GGG. Andrade, Derevyanchenko, Spike o Sullivan.

I wanna see GGG vs Charlo though, since Charlo is the #1 mandatory and a much better fight than Andrade who is boring. Derevyanchenko is still pretty much unknown. Sadly Saunders is not ready to step in because of a hand injury.

So the next best would be Charlo but is he ready?? Somebody go find him.
