    I dont think so.
    All NSAC needs is one hair follicle so i dont think you could use a religious excuse for one strain of hair.
    Its not like hes getting a haircut.

              As far as I know, there has only been TWO examples since 2006 of a fighter refusing testing due to personal beliefs.

              One guy faced a 2 year ban.
