If he's serious, I think this is the route Golovkin will take.

It's a piss poor excuse for a fight and Jr is an undisciplined embarrassment to the family name, but for May 5 to make any sense it has to be a well known Mexican. Personally I'd prefer they scrapped the date and went for Saunders, Charlo or Derevyanchenko as soon as they could be reasonably ready, but if it absolutely has to be Cinco de Mayo then Jr makes the most sense.
