Not stringent at all actually
I posted a video before where it shows olympic athletes can miss two tests im a year time period amd be forgiven. And it's completely secreg so we neber know who has missed tests.
Only a third missed test counts as a negative.Comment

Both the Ring and BoxRec have Whyte and Kownacki ranked six and ten respectively. On the WBC's rankings Whyte is rated as the number one contender while Kownacki is ranked ninth.
I'd give credit if Wilder beat Whyte. After Ortiz, Whyte is by far the best name on his record.Comment
