Yes, I think the same! Keep Povetkin and Wilder away from Joshua for as long as possible!!

The fact that Hearn is talking Whyte vs. Povetkin tells me that he's way ahead of us on that! Wilder needs an opponent, and Breazeale is not the answer! I would much rather see Kownacki or Miller in Brooklyn! Can't wait until Gassiev, Usyk, and Fury jump in the mix!

But by far with the most risk attached.

Ward could potentially outbox Joshua and it'd be a distaster. That would hang over his career forever, because although Ward is a great fighter he's not a HW.

Lewis got KO'ed by Rahman and McCall, but he's still considered a top 5 or 10 heavyweight in part because of the "it's heavyweight boxing and it happens/one punch can change everything" defence. It would have been much more difficult to justify if he got badly outboxed by Roy Jones or let's say Hopkins coming up from heavyweight.

Hearn will match Joshua against an American in America next, probably Big Baby Miller or maybe Jennings. Introduce him to an American audience in a fight where he should look good.

Fair enough. Ortiz or Stiverne weren't #2 or #3 in the division. I'll give you that.

Now YOU GIVE ME THIS: Ortiz is A FAR MORE DANGEROUS opponent than Joepsh Parker.

These rankings, and alphabet soup titles mean nothing.

Antohny Joshua would NEVER get in there with Luis Ortiz. NEVER. Hearn would not allow it.

If he looked this badly against Parker, just imagine what Ortiz would do to him! I honestly think Ortiz stops him!

If Joesph Parker was able to neutralize him that badly, Ortiz's style would have him running for DEAR LIFE.

No way Hearn and co. allow Joshua anyone NEAR a fighter with a pulse.

If Deontay Wilder wants to fight AJ, he's going to have to beat him, the bias judges, crooked refs, and 80,000 drunken limey re.tards in the crowd.

But Deontay just might be able to pull it off.

Apart from the impressive KO, Wilder looked like trash against Ortiz. You talk about biased judges last night as if Wilder wasn't poised to get a gift decision against Ortiz. No doubt Ortiz was comprehensively outboxing Wilder and winning that fight to any unbiased eye.

I'm not a Joshua fan, but I have doubts over whether Wilder would have beaten Parker any better than Joshua did. Somebody like Parker with quick hands, decent movement and a granite chin could cause Deontay problems because outside of his great power, Deontay has very rudimentary boxing ability.

Go learn some of boxing. Wilder won 5 rounds out of 9 over Ortiz, you are dreaming if you believe in this bull**** myth that Wilder can't box

Do you think Joshua will "look good" vs. Big Baby in NYC? Do you think Joshua would "look good" vs. Povetkin in Brooklyn? He hasn't looked "good" in his previous 2 fights, and he got dropped by Wlad, who was inactive and a hundred years old. Risky business!!!

This fight was straight up boring. Parker won 4/5 rounds by out-boxing Joshua and landing hard bodyshots, but did he really think the judges were going to give him a decision? Wasn't surprised by the scorecards considering how much money Joshua generates. IMO, if the athleticism, herky-jerky movement, and jab from the smaller Parker made Joshua look this bad, I think Wilder beats him. For all his flaws, Wilder's jab and straight right can get to Joshua right through the guard, especially if Deontay's movement can keep him as gunshy as Parker did.

AJ couldn't land a right hand to save his life. couldn't establish nothing offensively. that's called nullification. and those scorecards were criminal and cannot be justified without exposing yourself as a slurping groupie.

                      "Myth" lol.

You don't win rounds by constantly backing off and not throwing punches through fear of being countered (which happened and almost got Wilder knocked the **** out)

I know boxing fine. You, on the other hand...
