I was really looking forward to AJ making a statement.
He don't need to take too much risk to make a statement. He was winning every round as takam rightly said. Things were working according to game plan and his team were right behind him encouraging him.
All he needed was to win and he did it without much stress.
Every fight must not be a KO. He is going for the undisputed, that's the aim. All 5 belts in the coffer.

So don't give me all that crap. Was he afraid to be a unified champion.
Hell nah, he wasn't afraid of becoming a unified or undisputed champion after defeating Stiverne for the WBC title in 2015. Here are the facts. Before Fury dethroned Klitschko in 2015, Wilder was calling him out for a unification bout but Wlad wasn't interested.

He refused to fight Wilder on the basis that he had not stepped up his level of opposition before getting a shot at his titles; Which was a cop out. However once Fury was stripped of his titles and were awarded back to Klitschko, he cherry picked Anthony Joshua over Deontay Wilder.

In addition, AJ bought that IBF title from Charles Martin for $5 Mil.

First do agree with WK that wilder was fighting bums?
Martin's claimed the IBF and was in America, what did wilder do about it? An excuse?
Whyte is calling him out now with more money but rather he prefer to call out another bum kowanski with less pay check.
There must be something wrong with team wilder.

Aargh fury has me in stitches.its a s.h.it fight I'll jab his nut off. Fury josh early 2019 is massive a mega fight but I can see Wilder turning josh off with a windmill. I hope not tho so make the fights we wanna see Edward not Miller who I reckon is next for josh in the USA.

Martin basically gave his belt away to the highest bidder. He sold out. He wanted no parts of Wilder because it would have been a high risk low reward fight for Martin. Therefore he flew to the U.K. Instead to challenge AJ for more money. Man Damn a Dillian Whyte and a Krzysztof Głowacki; It's the fight with Anthony Joshua that boxing fans wants to see. Tell your guy to quit being a coward by ducking and stalling so Deontay can whoop that ass.

Your guy and his team are the ones ducking. The belt is now 4/1, let team wilder come a contract proposal if they will not accept the one giving to them.

Fury must give credit as he predicted josh win. Parker said best man won. That’s enough for me
