They called purse bids, ridriguez and his oppoent couldnt make a deal so the IBF made him mandatory, but burnett already had the parejo fight signed. With the IBF how it is in enforcing mandos he either dropped the belt or faced a big lawsuit from the wba and parejo for not honouring the contract he already signed.
