I don’t think he was complacent, he had a guy in front of him who came to survive, a durable intelligent guy. A better opponent would have taken advantage of AJ vulnerabilities but Parker wasn’t really interested.

i wasnt really impressed with parker against takam and ruiz and i thought aj would be able to find him but based on comments, aj seemed hesitant to force the issue and was content to coast in this fight. makes him look bad. **** it, just make wilder-pov.

Joshua boxed very well and used the jab like he was suppose too. Parker showed great chin, movement, and defense. It was a beautiful chess match.

I think joshua had a right hand injury going into this, even when he'd tee'd up parker with a jab and his left hand low, he literally refused to pull the trigger on the back hand. Hopefully hes back to normal for the next fight
