    More Entertaining Fight- Gatti-Ward I or Corrales-Castillo I?

Two of the best fights I've ever seen for sure, but if you had to pick one over the other, which would it be?

I'll take Gatti-Ward I but a slim margin. That ninth round was incredible. The tenth round of Corrales-Castillo is very close. Corrales was all but done and then out of nowhere, he came up with a miracle. I just thought Gatti-Ward I had more dramatic moments throughout, but I'll leave it up to you guys...

I have always picked Corrales vs Castillo whenever people bring up this comparison. I loved Gatti vs Ward but Corrales and Castillo were the two best lightweights in the world at the time and I always felt that made it more impactful, more meaningful and also more exciting. Peace.

I'd say Castillo-Corrales. The skill level was a level above Gatti-Ward and I think perhaps even more sustained. I'd take Gatti-Ward round 9 as the better round than any in Castillo-Corrales but the dramatic ending of that one is unrivaled.

Corrales Castillo is fought at a higher level with an insane ending so from a technical perspective, it's better.

But from an emotional perspective Gatti Ward touches the emotions more so than Corrales Castillo. That 9th round is legendary plus the friendship forged throughout the trilogy is something missing from Castillo Corrales

So It comes down to personal preference I suppose

Picked Gotti Ward by the slimmest of margins. Both were incredible fights.

Both were excellent fights, but Gatti vs Ward for me and that's because I became emotionally invested after watching The Fighter.

Couldn’t have said it better myself.

It definitely does. Yeah, that ninth round was incredible. I bet I've seen it twenty times. Speaking of which, I'll make it twenty-one...

I agree with this. But both are incredible obviously.
