GGG's promoter has one foot in each camp. He shd have been much tougher about Canelo and saved GGG making that frustrated outburst.
So GGG won't have fought since last september and lost several big paydays, now has to accept a low payday in order to fight next month or june.

Still you can't deny that GGG vs BJS would be the second biggest fight in the division for all the belts that would make for a better replacement. Jermall is completely unproven at 160.

Jermall is proven period. It don't matter if its at 160, cuz wasn't anyone saying anything when golovkin fought 36 bums in a row. Real boxing fans want to see Jermall/golovkin.

Okay so GGG wanted the Canelo fight yet he caused a huge scene about Canelo's positive tests in February at press conferences that it caused the fight to be cancelled (potentially) even though Canelo passed his most recent drug tests. NOW they don't want to do anything to jeopardize the fight FOH GGG and his promoter. You can't have it both ways dude Canelo can't be suspended and allowed to fight during his suspension did anybody tell his dumb@$$ that. I am on board with Canelo getting suspended because there's no place for cheating I'm boxing. I guess reality hit GGG and his team that fighting Spike O'Sullivan or Sergiy isn't going to bring in the same money as a Canelo fight SMH These are first class idiots, talking about we don't want to jeopardize the Canelo TOO LATE!! I hope they suspend Canelo for a year and when he does come back he'll still be a cash cow because he has a bigger fan base than GGG lol

As a Golovkin fan I want to see him unify but that's not likely. Golovkin needs to get a quick KO of a recognizable opponent to get public interest built up. Charlo would be ideal.

I bought that fight but have streamed most fights since. The only ones I actually paid for since then were cotto vs canelo and Canelo vs ggg. I paid for mayweather vs mcgregor also but strictly to have a fight party, otherwise I would've streamed that one too. Mayweather vs berto was on the Sept Mexican holiday weekend but did **** numbers. Ggg is basically short on options since charlo and jacobs have scheduled fights already and saunders won't be ready for may. He could move up to 168 but that's high risk low reward. He's basically screwed because of this so I understand him being pissed.

Sht! MY bad I some reason thought Berto/Floyd fought the week before MID?? It still was Floyd's worst one of his 6 fight deal. And I heard the fight was a snoozefest... Never seen it so don't know how bad it was.

I usually buy the fights for the partying. I would buy his fight if it's a good one on another day or against a MexiCAN on 5/5/2018.

Charlo is fighting for a chance to fight GGG so I don't know why he can't move up to fight for the REAL belt instead. Sigiey should be available as well as Andrade. But he did get ***'d over...I do feel sorry for him.

Saunders fight wouldn't happen this soon so I don't even waste my time thinking about that one.
