I've seen Joshua mention Wilder in about 10 interviews in the last few weeks, Hearn as well, Sky Sports bought his fights and he's been invited over for 2 of the last 3 fights.

      Hardly disregarding him.

AJ has technically faced an undefeated champion in Charles Martin, although that performance by Martin was pretty sad.

It seems to me that Froch is taking those statements into account in his opinion that Joshua is "disregarding" Wilder. It probably doesn't help that Hearn says that all Joshua talks about is a rematch with Whyte.
          That was spot on!!!

Lol exactly. Aj has fought Klitschko, takam who was mandatory and now Parker in a unification. You’d think he’s facing the likes of spilkza and Washington the way people carry on

Sky-Sports is lucky to have genuine former world champion and future HOF commentating for this second rate platform, I'm surprised hes not working for a premier brand like Showtime or HBO.

Carl Froch is not a houseboy like Johny Nelson, Gaymaker and Tony Bellend ; Carl Froch is cut from a different cloth -- unlike those three euro-bums, the 'Cobra' traveled to America to face the elites -- real recognize real.

It must aggravate Carl working and watching these phony European domestic 'champions' think they are big-time when they never stepped up to the big league overseas, so hes got to vent and speak the truth once in a while.

It appears they worried about Wilder who has genuine knock out power and worry he will climb in the ring, funny how Wilder never objected when Fury entered the ring after he stopped Stiverne they are bottling it big time. Hearn is worried about losing his cash cow that's why they are doing its laughable to be honest - Mark my words if AJ wins it won't be Wilder but Miller or Povetkin if his ordered to face his mandatory.

Seriously if you can have a rematch you have one or your just ******. Its like running a business and refusing to buy insurance just to show how hard you hard .. and everyone just thinks your an idiot.

Fury never demanded the right to get in the rink prefight and Wilder wasn't fighting a unification in front of 78K people.

Wilder stop being such a wimp go and stand up for yourself, your biggest worry will be Eddie will try and sign you.

But Charles Martin got that Bentley tho! Lol! It was so obvious that he was there for that big payday and now he never has to work a day again in his life

                      1. Based on this quote, it seems that Froch is saying disregards him as someone he needs to fight now.

"I don't really understand why 'Josh' just disregards him, he seems to be happy to keep him waiting. Wilder is the one. The one we want to see him in with and the fight he needs to win,"

                      2. Takam was not a mandatory. He was a short notice replacement. I believe Joshua gets credit for fighting a mando though.

                      3. Most real fans are carrying on like they want to see Joshua Wilder next and they are unsatisfied with Hearn and Joshua making statements that amount to [we want it, just not in the foreseeable future. we'll let you know when the time is right].
