Arum would totally take that because Pac is doing him a favor. At this point Loma will win by UD IMO (and I'm a Pac FAN). With a win over Pac would make Loma a household name in a heartbeat.

The fight would be pointless. Loma himself said and keeps saying hes not moving up to 140 he says hes not even a 135 lb fighter. So the likelihood of old Pac draining to 135 and Loma getting any credit is not worth it.
