I don't think you understand how physiology works. Between those ages your metabolism slows, you gain more fat and your IQ lowers. You are in a decline that will continue for the rest of your life.

There are no physical improvements that occur naturally between 25 and 28.

This is an obvious lie. Athletes from across the sports peak at around the age 27/28.

This is the age they are they display the fastest, strongest, and most consistent they have ever been.

We see this in boxing, soccer, basketball, rugby, athletics, etc etc.

Players consistently, across generations, peak at around these ages, and you're here telling me this is when they decline? Nonsense.

Canelo was an easy one to spot as drug cheat. I could walk into gym and tell who was juicing. Boxers are a little harder to spot but some (like Canelo) looks really obvious.

There are still a lot of people that believe the WWE is real so it's not surprising that there are people that think it's natural to do what these professional athletes can do and look the way they do.

                      It's actually scientific fact.

That doesn't mean the decline is huge or sudden, it's gradual. Most can offset it with skill and training, hence why they maintain that peak until their late 20s/early 30s.

Also, athletes absolutely don't consistently peak at those ages. Especially in regards to pure athleticism - Usain Bolt for example, consistently set new world records until he reached 24 and Michael Phelps also kept breaking world records until he was 25.
