Most people don't realize how hard it is to put on lean muscle. Most gains aren't lean muscle, they are fat and water.
An elite athlete training for nothing other than muscle mass gain but not using PEDs would do incredibly well to add 15 pounds of muscle if training for gains every week of the year with all time and exercise directed entirely to gains.
A fighter can't train like that. In fact they can't train anything like it. So if a fighter puts on 7-10 pounds of what is truly lean muscle in a year it is a red flag.
Another thing that is often misunderstood about steroids is that the benefits are long lasting.

Justin Gatlin is a great example.
So if a fighter wants to add lean muscle, and benefit long term steroids work. To lean down the fat and increase endurance but keep the muscle use clen. Then all you have to do is lose a little water before the weigh inLast edited by petegrif; 03-26-2018, 11:34 AM.

Yup. I just felt like it was a little cavalier of people who aren't professional boxers or behind the scenes to say the these guys have no idea what they're talking about.Originally posted by tokon View PostThat's right, the people in the business know the business!
The fighters, coaches, managers, know what goes on and - most of the time - who is doing it. They don't speak out because 1. they're doing it too, or 2. fear of being ostracised/sued.

Players consistently, across generations, peak at around these ages, and you're here telling me this is when they decline? Nonsense.
