If Pacquiao is really free from his contract with Bob Arum and he needs to make money because of his tax problems. Then why doesn't he fight in the UK.

He can hook up with Eddie Hearn and fight Amir Khan and others.

That might be his best option if Arum is just going to offer him in house fights against lower tier fighters. I like the bobfather but I dont like how hes been treating Manny lately at all. When Manny signed his last extension Arum said a couple times that Manny is fighting with a lower guarantee byt a much higher percent of the overall profits. Manny isnt as profitable to Arum anymore so he wants to use Manny to propel the careers of Crawford or Loma. Not a good look after all the history with Manny.
