I'm pretty sure jack3d removed DMAA from their formula long before whyte ever popped. So he had to go out of his way to get the original formula. I dont believe it was a simple misunderstanding like he claims. Either way a banned substance is a ban substance.

It had only just gone on the banned list. That same week, I think. Whyte had been using Jack3d regularly without any problems. The store should have removed their old stock from sale, but they carried on selling it. The BBBoC accepted that but they still held Whyte responsible and banned him for 2 years.
