Toney has a great chin and Peter has tons of power.
toneys power is underrrated he has pretty good power nothing great but the speed is sick for heavy weight and he places his better then anybody he hits you on the nose jaw and cheek , did you see rahams face after the fight he hits you were he wants to , he can thread needles. peter throws wide shots ,peters fast but i dont know i dont think toney can loose this fight. raham is in his prime right now, and i think toney beat him.

ha! What a style mismatchup. James Toney will box circles around this guy. How many 12 round fights has Peter won?

hmmm NONE. and I guarentee Peter will wear himself out trying to hit Toney and Toney will KO him in the later rounds.

I can't see Toney dominating this fight if he keep his hand out of the cookie jar.... and I mean that in the literal sense.

            That couldn't be anymore wrong.

Wlad hugged and held and still ended up on his ass 3 times.

Toney is the PERFECT style to beat Peter. Peter needs someone tall he can hit at the end of those wide looping shots. James will be in close (taking distance away) and very difficult for Peter to hit.

This is a horrid style match up for Peter.

Toney wins an easy decision. Why would Peter's camp even want this fight?!

                Peter by KO.

Only if Tony trains then he could win

The question is not "who will win" but the real question is "who really gives a ****?" The heavyweight division has been in shambles ever since Lennox Lewis retired after beating Tyson. Since then there's been no "superstar" of the heavyweight division, just a bunch of false prophets and real *******s.

Toney is a fat lazy bastard who can never seem to keep his weight on track but has decent power.

Sam Peter is....well....a fat lazy bastard who has a lot of power.

The Klitschko brothers are nothing but hype. Vitali had heart against Lewis, then he lost it. Wlad had decent skill but his chin is glass, I think Malignaggi might be able to knock him down.

Rahman is a one hit wonder against Lewis who later avenged his loss emphatically.

Chris Byrd isn't nearly as good as he thinks he is and after watching him get the **** kicked out of him so badly in his last fight I lost all hope for him.

Who else is there? and who else really cares?

I'd rather watch the lower weight divisions, that's where the real fights and the real fighters are at. Until someone comes along in the heavyweight division that polarizes an audience there will be more of the same. Lots of boring fights, lazy fighters with a serious lack of heart and/or skill, and Don King's dumb fat old ass ruling over it with an iron fist.

im sorry guys but peter is tailor made for toney, just watch the barkley fight or asipeli. you pressure him then your gonna be made to look like a fool. for peter to when he has to use his legs which he wont.

That means nothing, Foreman,Moorer,LL and tyson couldn't drop Holyfield but Toney did. It's not always about the power, it's the skill and actually being able to land clean shots. and how can you say that a man that has ko'd over 40 people has no power?
