And, lol at someone saying "accredited, reputable butcher". The bullshyt people spew around here is hilarious. The butcher buys good cuts from the distributor. If the mexican people cared much about this issue, there would be regular testing but there's not. WTF do you goofs thinks is supposed to happen here? This isn't pharma.
