Have you noticed that the bottom section by Heredia actually explains the problem with the reasoning of your post - and indeed Heredia's own conclusion? That is simply that the amount of Clenbuterol (or indeed any other drug) in the urine or plasma is purely and simply a matter of timing. You wait long enough (approximately 7 -9 days extrapolating from the figures Heredia gives, or longer for higher the****utic doses) and urine concentrations which would originally have looked unambiguously like PED abuse drop to levels which could also be consistent with eating tainted beef.
You sound like a smart chap... perhaps you can explain the fault in my reasoning. I'm not claiming that Canelo deliberately cheated, merely that it's impossible to know given the facts available. Anyone saying otherwise is simply spinning it, unless they have access to information they ain't sharing. The only conclusion that can be drawn is that if Canelo had been using Clenbuterol as a PED then he had stopped some time - certainly at least a week, but probably more - prior to his first test on 17th Feb. A generous interpretation of Memo's statements would be that he meant Canelo was not using at the time of the test, which would be fair to say.
