That's how they write em. That's why promoters don't want anyone to see them. You wouldn't believe how antiquated some of them are written. I suspect that many of them are hardly ever fully seen the light of day. Promoters will settle out of court before allowing some of their contracts to be adjudicated by a court of law.

People need to understand something, in Dec 17 the current president (Duterte) has already "annointed" Pacquiao his successor...
Duterte is wildly popular (I don't agree with his Foreign Policy but his domestic politics is working, massive economic growth, corruption is plummeting and crime is at an all time low).
This forum act's like all Pacquaio has is boxing when in reality hs is already in the next stage in life. He fights now because he wants to not because he needs to.
If Arum really thinks he can hold Pacquiao , lol try and take him to court. It also didn't help that Pacquiao finally saw how he got screwed with Horn and blames Arum for it (at least that's the word in political circles in the Philippines).
Will see thou if he actually goes thru with it but Arum is not the power house he once was.Comment

Never heard of Duterte appointing Pac as successor. Because if that is true, then already Pacquiao is gonna be a puppet president while Duterte (who is the actual controller) works behind. And I think manny would be aware he would be a puppet pres, but would not raise any concerns considering he does it for the good of the country.Comment

The nature of business is getting as much value out of your investment as you can get. Morality isn't THAT much in play as long as you aren't poisoning the water supply & sh^t like that.

Look at the link I posted, he announced it during Pac's birthday last December.
