Canelos body transformation into a tank definitely points to extended PED usage. This pale redhead reminds me of Mark Mcguire's body transformation. He denied he was using PEDs while he was still playing, and even dodged the question when questioned by the US government hearing on steroids in baseball! Only years after retirement, in a tv interview, does he break down in tears and admitted to using steroids. Some cases are just too obvious.
