Wilder isn’t negotiating sh it and Joshua isn’t putting up his own money to bank the fight. Whatever Hearn and Haymon come up with will be fair and everyone involved will be happy. So stop crying about percentages because nobody who posts on this site is getting a cut.

Wilder gets 33% like Parker, 35% if he's lucky. He need to stop begging brother for that dollar, it's getting pathetic.

Yes but he is huge in England and that's where he fights. He can continue to fight in England for years and make huge money in England for years with or without Wilder so it doesn't matter if he isn't big outside of England. If Wilder wants the fight he needs to go to England and take about the same deal Parker did. Otherwise he can yell and brag all he wants but he will never get the AJ fight. If Wilder was to beat AJ he would become the A side but until then he is very much the noisy b side.He needs AJ to make really big money. AJ is already making the kind of money each fight that Wilder can only dream about.

Lets hope Wilder stays true to his word, takes 10% and agrees to fight.

First off, that list is awful, in ordering and content, epistemology and methods, but that's by-the-by.

Interest in boxing's difficult to measure, either on its own or against other sports, because of how relatively little time is spent actually doing the sport. People aren't as plugged into the buildup like us boxing heads are, but when Joshua fights, it's bigger in the UK than any cricket event other than an Ashes test, any domestic rugby, any tennis other than Wimbledon week - you get the picture. It's pretty much guaranteed to be the biggest sporting event in the UK on any given Saturday it happens, barring huge events it just wouldn't be scheduled against, and there aren't many of those. He's huge in this country, and although Eddie Hearn's annoying, he's not overstating the difference in profile between Joshua and Wilder. 65-35 split with mutual rematch clause IMO, and I do strive to be objective. Unlike others.

Still, once that gets sorted out, simply clinging to the UK is a mistake.

Two-fight deal, with the second penciled in for Wembley, makes sense.[/QUOTE]

Joshua does not need the US market.

Overrated as a draw? He's literally Britains biggest boxing draw of all times.

Could just be a tactic to drive up his value on the Vegas side of it to. I think we think of these talks in too literal terms too much. Its a negotiation. You often ask for 70% to get 60% in a negotiation.

And I hate this two fight deal bs. Quite often a two fight deal doesn't make sense cuz the first fight decides things. I say just make one fight. In the UK or get full value if you gotta travel. Then if Wilder wins they can just make a new deal.

Joshua is & should be the favorite here. I think he gives away more trying to make this a two fight deal then he gains cuz he's likely to win anyway. If he loses it mighta been better to do a two fight deal, but you also take on some risk with how this business works.

Wilder already said he has no issues going to the UK, so what's with this moronic strawman argument? Man I just want these mofos to get it on NEXT NEXT NEXT NEXT NEXT.

When AJ sits down to negotiate these contracts, I hope........oh thats right, HE DOESNT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO INVOLVING ANY NEGOTIATIONS.
