yeah so where was the harm in it? doesnt appear there was any harm in it.....even if AJ wants to put the fight off why would he be afraid of wilder getting the buzz going ASAP given a great opportunity? unless of course he was worried about the pressure from the public ? that they would demand the fight sooner?

remember how everyone called canelo a chicken for what he did right? is AJ afraid of the same fate?
I just dont get your argument here. This only makes sense if Joshua has ducked Wilder, which any sensible boxing fan knows he hasnt so far. Whether they face off or not makes no difference until we actually see what happens. If Wilder jumps in the ring whooping and hollering, then sticks to his 50/50 demand, who is the one ducking? Not saying that is what he will do, but its just an example.

Their (both teams) intentions will become clear after the Parker fight when hopefully negotiations restart with Wilder and his team in a more malleable position.

Wake up and smell the coffee.
where did anyone say that AJ has been ducking wilder for years?!?!?!?

JJJJFFFCCCCCC....look how hurt you are....already trying to change my point and put words in my mouth

what harm is it for wilder to get in the ring and cause a stir with AJ ? if they plan to fight in the next year? its a good opportunity to help build a buzz

unless of course AJ is afraid of canelo backlash with people calling him a "chicken" the way you probably did and many others did definitley do

FOH with your dumb "these guys think AJ been ducking wilder for years" BS ....that was never said or implied you desperate clown

wilders team has already stated percentage split means nothing as long as the bottom line figure is acceptable to them

there is no harm in wilder getting in that ring to help build a buzz unless AJ is trying to avoid the fight and fears public pressure and the "backlash" canelo got right?

otherwise what would be the point in saying he doesnt want wilder to come in that ring without a contract?

speaking of contracts...has hearn even made an offer? no he hasnt

you know my point...dont play dumb....aj is saying he dont want wilder in that ring without a contract....but that contract dont matter...it will help build a buzz even if the fight is a year away.......but AJ fears if he wilder gets in there and AJ goes and takes another fight he will get the same pressure canelo got and called a chicken

theres no reason for AJ to make the statement he did other than a planned duck

Yes Wilder literally said AJ has been ducking him for years. And all you idiot crackhead Wilder fans got out of your trailer and said "yeaahhh years!!"

Ok so if you agree with the sequence of events.. How exactly is AJ a chicken? When did he duck Wilder? Wilder had a mandatory in November, so did AJ.

Wilder announced a new fight first.

Has he been ducking him for all of what.. 2 weeks since the Ortiz fight? despite having a unification lined up.

AJ didn't say Wilder can't get in the ring. He said "I prefer to have a deal in place first".

He's literally saying let's sign a deal, then get in the ring.

And you're calling him a chicken.

Man this is too ****** to be real.

lol..im a white male from new england and i make over 100k a year....but i do have a nice trailer....lol...keep thinking you know wilder fans

wilder could have said it...but i dont see wilder fans on these boards saying it...if they are i apologize because ive gone right by it and never noticed....but i dont think any wilder fans are claiming "years of ducks by AJ"......thats utter nonsense

i am calling AJ a chicken...theres no reason for him to say "dont want wilder in the ring till we have a contract"...NONE....unless he plans on ducking wilder

the fight should be next....but AJs people clearly dont want that and have other plans

didnt canelo and golovkin face off before and not fight for awhile? theres no harm in wilder getting in there and creating a buzz unless AJ knows he wont fight wilder next and fears pressure if wilder gets in there

do you expect wilder to hammer out in a deal in the next two weeks, when hearn wont even talk one, to justify him getting in the ring post AJ/Parker? LOL

i know the correct answer....can you admit it? the answer is no

so why is hearn afraid of wilder confronting AJ without a contract?
Pretty sure when canelo beat chavez a contract with GGG was already finalized. The other time GGG came into the ring after the khan fight its not like he announced he would beforehand it just happened. Wilder has already basically announced he is going to come into the ring. AJ and hearn are just responding to him saying they prefer they would rather have a contract in place. I bet they really dont give a **** if wilder does anything.

There's literally been 50 threads about that

Yeah you're exactly hitting the nail on the head. GGG and Canelo did face off and it was ***ing bs because Canelo gave up his title and moved to '54 to face Liam Smith and let EVERYONE down and we *****ed about it for a year.

That's exactly what AJ doesn't want. Don't you get that?

because that is how Joshua has always been. He isnt bothered about that stuff. If you are gonna fight you are gonna fight in the ring and get paid for it.

Look at him here with Whyte, bearing in mind Whyte is the only fighter Ive seen get under his skin come fight night...

This isnt some dramatic change in personality from Joshua. He doesnt need fake hype to sell his fights and he knows it.

im well aware about what happened both times regarding canelo/khan and canelo/chavez in regards to golovkin

point is...when golovkin got in there it didnt do anything to ruin the fight....all it did was help build a buzz

how do you expect them to have a contract when hearn wont even talk about a fight with wilder now? he keeps talkign about everything else...fury, miller, USA and even whyte...lolol

theres no harm in wilder getting in there...if you arent afraid of wilder getting in there and planning on ducking....then there is no reason to even make a statement regarding wilder getting into the ring

if wilder does i bet theyll cut off the mic...its obvious, by their statement, they plan on putting this fight off and dont want the public pressure to mount by having wilder get in there and make a scene...otherwise theres no reason to mention it

hearn wont even talk about a fight with wilder now yet somehow they wanna hammer out a deal in the next 2 weeks lol?
