He won’t storm the ring after the fight because when they asked Wilder if he wanted to do it after AJ sparked Wladimir he said no because he didn’t want to steal him moment so I think it’s a moot point anyway
That was when he was being nice. The time for being nice is over.

I think this is a poor attempt at gamesmanship. Either that or they have no intentions of fighting Wilder next. It isn't a good look but Joshua has the UK fans behind him. Let the roles reverse and see how these same fans would react.

You can enter the ring without it being portrayed like a WWF match. Hearn and AJ clearly don't want this fight happening next and we as boxing fans are left out to dry once again. Yet we keep sticking with this sport like a girlfriend that continues to get cheated on and her man knows she won't leave....

This is funny b/c I recall AJ yelling Tyson Fury's name right after beating VK. There was no contract signed when he did that. He was just hyping a potential clash.

This "the fight isn't signed" argument is trash. These UK boxing fans are pretty shameless lol Where's the pride? Why would you want your representative displaying this sort of behavior. It's not as bad as the Rid**** Bowe trash incident, but we're getting there lol AJ is out here making Wilder parody videos but doesn't want to face off? Lol strange times

What competent promoter who believes his fighter would destroy the opponent in 3 rounds would miss the opportunity to make the biggest fight in boxing even bigger? What competent promoter would hope that same ultra large fight was derailed by a lesser fighter first in Dillian Whyte? I haven’t seen a heavyweight team this shook in life. Was a AJ fan but who could support this level of cowardice?? They couldn’t sabotage their brand more unless they scheduled a light weight woman in a wheel chair for AJ’s next opponent.

Yeah but even after Ortiz sparked that guy he was fighting Wilder didn’t want to get into the ring but he was invited in by Ortiz himself.

Wilder might rub some people the wrong way with his self promoting and he might not be the smartest dude in the room but Wilder has enough class not to want to step on someone else’s moment

The fact that they've invited Wilder to the show can be seen as hyping a potential fight. AJ seems like the kind of guy who don't even want to face off with his reflection in the mirror on that 'humble' act.

Will Wilder get in the ring in the heat of the moment though is my question and my next question is what would be the point of them having him on a part of the show to not fight him next - if AJ wins.

True, and Canelo vs Chavez was a WWE type fight, because everybody knew who was going to win before they even got in the ring.

AJ vs Parker is different. It's a real fight between 2 unbeaten world title holders. AJ is smart to avoid distractions and not look past Parker.

Like Hearn said .. if Wilder wants to get in the ring with AJ he needs to stop pissing around and shouting his mouth off, negotiate sensibly and sign a contract first.
