WHAT Can PARKER DO to WIN??

He needs to learn BASIC boxing set ups that he apparently was never taught .

He doesnt know how to set up punches and throws from too far out which why he has terrible accuracy and either falls over or smothers his punches . He has poor judgement of distance and doesnt put his arms up when punches are coming at him ,he extends them out .

How can he win against a 6'6 highly skilled counter puncher who hits hard if he cant do the above ? Joshua couldn't have asked for an easier stylistic match in his favor .


Those on here who have been telling me Parker is more skilled Vinnykin and its a close fight mlac are idiots ........ theres no other way to put it . This fight wouldn't make it out of rnd 3 if Joshua was my fighter !


The only thing Parker can do is HOPE Joshua doesnt attack early and realise he needs a opening and a Joshua mistake bc hes NOT going to outbox Joshua and needs the fight to go past 6 where Joshua May get comfortable but his only rnd of chance will be ,7,8,9 , ........and thats only IF he has not sustained a large amount of punishing shots .

Joshua wont want the fight to go distance and he will attack in later rnds if he dont get you out in the early ones .

Look at it like Parker has more strings to his bow. I believe he has a better inside game, jab, foot work, head movement, ability to bend his body (agility) stamina, back foot ability, ability to punch going backwards. I said Joshua is very skilled at what he does!

I believe Joshua's timing and counter punching is better, he has a better left hook and straight right, more power, and a better defence with his guard.

Does Parker have more skills? yes. Does Joshua have better skills and more effective skills than Parker? yes.

I fully realise Parker has to execute the perfect gameplan to beat Joshua.

I believe most people will agree Parker has better all-round skills than Joshua.... that doesn't mean it will make up for what Joshua is very good at, he's 6'6 and has reach, and his jab, left hook and straight right, coupled with his timing and counter ounching is enough to make skilled fighters run, which I believe Parker has to do the first few rounds.

The thing I notice with Parker is his SPEED.
I put on a reel of his earlier fights, then watched Joshua straight after. Joshua looked so S-L-O-W compared with Parker!!
I think Parker might be able to get in and out all night - BAM BAM BAM - only getting tagged with arm shots. This is what he has done with several tall powerful guys. He always KOs that kind of fighter. They cannot handle his SPEED.

Lets just wait and see, the odds are so ludicrous I've only bet £70 and am due back 10 times that if Parker wins in the second half.

I really don't care if Joshua wins either, I'm British and would look forward to the Wilder fight. No harm done.

MOVE! Don't stand in front of Joshua, up and back side to side and keep looking for openings. When you manage to hit him, throw combos, your hands are quicker than his as are your feet. Did I mention move?

Use his speed and movement to drag Joshua into the later rounds and then go in for the kill. Until Joshua drops some of that crazy muscle mass he is going to continue to have problems with gassing.

I don't believe Parker coming at Joshua is gonna do anything other than get him going back while hurt/stunned & then he's gonna be a wounded deer ready to be taken out. I don't buy Parker's chin can hold up vs Joshua (or the UK ref won't stop the fight early after some impressive punches however hurt Parker may or may not be) despite him having a good history up til now. And randomly I do see a higher probability of an early or questionable stoppage here then in other fights since Joshua does hit hard & Parker has shown a good chin up til now (although not vs anyone like Joshua).

I'm keeping it moving & going in & out on Joshua to win exchanges while controlling when & where the fight takes place at. Get Joshua past the 5th/6th round & then start staying in the cut to land more power & hopefully exhaust him more. Hopefully take him out late or have won enough rounds early that him being the stronger guy late wins him the decision.
