When Floyd got the BANNED IVs, he had NO TUE!!!! So he needed USADA's help!

Just go back and you will find lots of cases where USADA says they do a thorough investigation especially when there is a RETRO TUE and it can take months. About 24 hours after the request by Floyd, USADA rubber stamped the RETRO TUE and Floyd got hit hot off the presses!


Floyd admits that he has no issues with weight including that day. How can one accept getting BANNED IVs when the rules state to use and alternative and we have pictures and video clips of Floyd drinking fluids multiple times!!!!

Floyd weighed relatively the same for 30 days and admits to being around that weight for a decade. He even had a video done after getting the IV saying so!!!

An expert and head of TUE committee said what happened with Floyd stinks and he should have just been given fluids .... and Floyd was given. You do not give RETRO TUEs so easily and gave examples. the key word is "partial" and that "partial was done when? After Floyd jugged all those fluids and had time to delay and do whatever then other "partial" was after using BANNED IV?

You dilute the urine the detection is minimized. After a delay, it's more so and can become undetectable.

1. The expert didn’t say that liar. He said he wasn’t familiar with the details of the case. Also, a WADA spokesperson said a retro TUE for an IV can be granted for dehydration.

2. A sample was taken before the IV. Your delay theory just went down the drain.
