I seriously believe that Oscar will announce he is transitioning to a female in the next few years. He will achieve this by taking Mexican re-assignment drugs.

Once he becomes a woman he will marry Canelo and they will conceive a Mexican / American child via surrogate (Anne Wolfe).

Floyd will be named godfather to this child who will not be gender specific, Floyd will teach said child the sweet science (on the basis that he schooled Oscar and Canelo) and the 'golden child' will turn professional and become the first non-gendered world champion boxer.
