Not really, unless it is the undercard of Joshua/Wilder.

Crawford, Mikey, Spence, Loma-any of these men fighting each other this year should be on CBS or ESPN, not PPV.

Like Mak said, they would be lucky to hit 150k buys...which means that, in today’s boxing world, it’s a viable PPV fight smh.

It's as good as many past fights that were pay for view. It's a good fight that I would expect Crawford to win.I never buy fights because I can always watch them for free in a few days. I can wait if it saves me 50 bucks or more.

I wish it was, but it doesn't look likely. Neither one has much star power. They may hit 100, maybe 150k PPVs. That's ~$2-3M a piece. Any more than that, the event loses money and wont get made.

Neither is going to be a PPV star. Especially Crawford who flopped the last time he was on PPV and stunk the place out against Postal.

Garcia would fair a bit better but I still don't see him getting enough buyers to make it a success.

Him thinking they're going to make 10 Mill each is quite frankly pissing in the wind. They'd be lucky to split even half of that.

Neither of them are household names right now, but I see Mikey's star rising a little faster if he can get another big name on his resume. Second half of 2019 would be the earliest they could build this up to a PPV worthy fight. Doubt it comes even close to 400K sales though.

It wouldn't do well on PPV. It would be big for hardcore Boxing fans but that's about it. I'd imagine it does a decent gate because Crawford's fans travel. Whoever is handling Mikey should try to have him fight in LA and build a local fan base.

Personally I'd travel to watch this fight wherever it landed.

Mikey just knows he will never be able to beat Crawford.
