    Yeah i agree :ANYWORD:
The whole rating himself 7/10 for wrestling thing makes me feel almost certain he's trolling about the whole thing.

I can see him maybe looking to promote MMA, make some more money, and this is his way of creating a buzz and getting a foot in the door.

If Floyd is legit about this its concerning he thinks there is only wrestling, throwing hands & kicking. And kicking is 4 lol.

There is muay thai so you got mfers throwing elbows & knees. There is BJJ that gots mfers breaking your mfing arm or choking you the f#ck out. This sport is brutal & wild & creative in a whole other way then boxing is.

There are too many options here for a boxer, young but specifically old, to transition without years of training.

LOL solid point. I can't believe Floyd honestly thinks he's a 7/10 wrestler. I mean maybe he is for a boxer. But for a MMA guy I suspect he's 2/10, maybe 3. And if he's saying his kicking is a 4 its for f#cking sure a 1/10.

And his hands in MMA damn sure ain't no 100/10 cuz with those lil a$$ gloves I feel like a hand injury is almost guaranteed so he might only be a 8 or 9/10 there too.

And his footwork is probably a -3/10 cuz so much of what he does in boxing is entirely wrong for MMA so unless he's flipping the script entirely he'd be taken down before the 1st half of the 1st round is reached & just get pounded on for 3 minutes. And they would pound on him cuz everyone, including his opponent, will have dreamed about seeing Floyd pounded on for a decade+ in some cases.

I can see him maybe looking to promote MMA, make some more money, and this is his way of creating a buzz and getting a foot in the door.
Man idk if this is the way you go about promoting MMA. If the MMA game gets opened up with the Ali Act for MMA there will be moves being made by cats hoping to gain market share & Floyd could be one. Idk if this is how you start down that path doe. I think if Floyd talks about fighting MMA & ultimately doesn't most MMA guys will see that as a ***** move.

MMA is different with this sorta sh^t I'd argue. They aren't caught up on winning & losing like boxing guys are. So getting beaten isn't a ***** move, not fighting is a ***** move.

I'm starting to detest Floyd. This attention whoring is really starting to rub me the wrong way. ****ing 40 year old retired boxer is not going to spend almost a year learning MMA to get his ass beat in the Octagon.

If he's so rich why go into a sport 10 years from 50 and risk being hurt real bad... Jet fuel.. over 10 cars, 20 people around almost every day.. child support. He may have money but he's not as rich as he claims to be.

If Floyd signs an actual fight in the UFC than im convinced it is all rigged and he will be fighting someone that will be taking a dive.

Floyd tiptoed very carefully thru his boxing career to maintain that 0 and the aura of him being undefeated is his biggest claim to greatness and fame at this point. Regardless if it happens in a boxing fight or mma fight, if Floyd loses (as unfair as it is) his reputation and mystique will take a great hit. Ppl will crush him and all those haters that have wanted to see him finally get his a$$ kicked would get their wishes. No way Floyd gives them that opportunity by going to the best league of a sport that he will be picking up for the first time at 40 yrs old. Why would he fight his whole career to have the advantage in his fights only to go fight in a sport where he is at a disadvantage in almost every aspect? I call shenanigans on this one!

Is he kidding me?” Till declared. “Floyd is the best boxer I’ve seen in my whole life but don’t disrespect the sport I do – you’re disrespecting it by saying you’re a seven out of 10 in wrestling.

“From the smallest girl in the UFC to the heaviest man, it’s impossible for him to win a fight. He won’t win a single fight. The people who want to cross over to MMA are clowns.

“What does Gervonta think he’s going to do? Leave boxing and come straight to the UFC? I wish I was in his weight class. It’s not boxing – it’s different. You can’t put a glove up to an elbow and you can’t stop a submission. I take offence to it.”
I get where he's coming from, but no way a small female fighter beats him if he's had some training. They may have the technical arsenal to pull it off, but not the strength. Plus most female fighters walk face first into punches...I've yet to see one with a strong takedown game in terms of shooting in deep from the outside.
