I did not know Tony Bellew was an expert on PEDs, don't be such an idiot sheep, he threw a random #. But it only takes a meal with contaminated meat to come up positive in the nano % percentage (which Canelo came 0.05 nano grams consistent with contaminated meat) I believe in second chances, and give Canelo a benefit of a doubt until proven other wise.

For those claiming it's a witchhunt - it would only be a witchhunt if he NEVER tested positive yet people wanted extra tests for the sake of having a clear state of mind. However, that is not the case here. He tested positive, twice.

And the simplicity in this is that it's agreed by everyone that this is a special circumstance. So in this special case, special tests (hair follicle) need to be administered to find out the truth. It will find out if his positive tests resulted from small amounts of traces found in meat OR if it's due to prolonged use of the drug itself. Their certainly will be a huge contrast between how many picograms will show up due to meat consumption and how many show up due to Clen abuse.

        Sounds pretty simple to me.

I guess you think PEDvetkin shouldn’t have been banned.
What does his test results prove? What should be the basis of any punishment?

Depends. If they are using Clen as a masking agent and part of their stack, micro-dosing will keep levels low, but allow them to continue use of whatever drug(s) the Clen is hiding.

Whoa whoa whoa, easy there champ. Eaaaaasy. Is Canelo your cousin or something? I'm always fascinated when people on boxing sites take things so personally like that. I will say that since he's a guy who's competed at the highest level in the sport and has been in locker rooms and gyms his entire life, that Bellew may in fact know a bit more about PED's than you or I? Yeah? Have a great week!

Exactly. If he's a clean athlete, just take the hair follicle test and this will all be over with. I don't know why that's not being pushed more in this case with the magnitude of the fight. We could end all of these silly discussions real quick.
