That's an impossible question to answer. What you can say is that roiding gives you an artificial advantage. Whether it's enough to WIN is impossible to answer, but it improves your perfomance. That's really not debatable.

He's basically saying since he's been in the clean program for 5 years, these two positive tests shouldn't count especially since he was in and out of Mexico during that time.
Well if it's that simple why even have testing, especially if a fighter has been clean and was in and out of Mexico?
