He can't control what meat he might encounter there or with a street taco vendor or what have you.

Does he have to resign himself to giving up one of life's pleasures as a result of the tainted meat epidemic in his home country?

why would a zillionaire pro boxer be eating street meat

even most everyday slobs arent willing to eat that stuff

your one job is keeping your body in fighting condition and passing drug tests... splurge the extra $7 for verified source beef

The Mexican soccer players that tested negative for clen said they didn't eat red meat at all. He can still order other meats or, some green beans and a baked potato.

If Clenbuterol is such an issue in Mexico, then no, he can't.
If I had 1/5 chance of getting vodka every time I opened up the tap to get a splash of water, I don't think that would fly when the boys in blue pulled me over.

No, not when preparing for the biggest fight of your career with hundreds of millions of $$$ several World Titles on the line... In a country where it is a known issue for many years. But by all means enjoy any meal you want after the fight.

You're a millionaire boxer who has to make sure he has no illegal substances in his system. You make that sacrifice...

Anyway if anything he can ****ing bring his own organic meat which states no steroids in it and get the chefs to use a different pan and use his meat (I googled a Mexican website for Organic meat)

in a word, yes. when you are a pro athlete you have to be cautious and the problem has been well documented. Its the same as making sure the supplements you take have been cleared. Is it really that huge a deal not to eat an excess of mexican beef lol, if hes really that desperate for some beef he could have shipped some in. Bottom line is that he failed the test one way or another, and if every mexican failed test is going to be attributed to 'tainted meat' then the test is pointless.

Canelo shouldn't be eating any meat at all! he should be on a strict plant diet.
