Comments Thread For: Linares: Lomachenko is Fast - But He Does Not Have My Punch!

WBA lightweight world champion Jorge "King" Linares revealed to ESPN's A Los Golpes how he can increase his chances of victory on May 12 at Madison Square Garden in New York against the Ukrainian Vasyl Lomachenko. In a conversation with Jorge Eduardo Snchez and the legendary Juan Manuel Mrquez, the Venezuelan boxer accepted that while Lomachenko has advantages such as speed, he also has advantages such as distance and power, although he confessed that the fight could be defined not only with the fists but with footwork.

Already trying to over analyze and over think the matrix. Good luck with that!!

At least you are acknowledging the complexity of the issue you are going to be facing.

The matrix does that to people.

will Loma get any credit for beating this guy, surely not a lot, i'm pretty sure they'll push'em to fight Garcia next at 140, same shet they were doing to Pac, fighetrs from overseas are not treated the same as amerobums, different standarts, Lipinets on his 1st defence of his title fighting against a 3 weight champ, Loma has to challenge himself each time he's fighting and now look at your "p4p" amerobum like Ward, where is he, washing his pants?

isnt thats what Vasya wants? fight only the best?

Hopefully by fall of next year, they'll fight, unless Mikey decides to move up, to be x5 division champ.

Mikey fans will give Loma zero credit by beating Linares in his 12th fight. Some said that "Loma cherry picks Linares".But when Mikey wanted to face Linares these fans said that Linares is a decent opponent for Mikey. Double standards as always by Loma haters.

If Loma beats Linares and Mikey, he is N 1 p4p.

Mikey will fight Loma only for big money. He is now even considering to move up to 147 so he wants none of Loma.Every time when Loma moves up to another division then Mikey does it too.
