A lot of weird Conor and MMA posts recently.

Anyways. GGG beating Canelo is not the unpopular opinion. The reverse is, which just happens to be my unpopular opinion.

You know what else is not an unpopular opinion: MMA sucks when they start grappling and their striking and chins are 3rd rate at best. Which is why a retired, old, out of shape boxer took MMA's best striker's blows like nothing and then knocked him out.

SRL was a great fighter, no disrespect but he was the least of the 4 (Hagler, Duran, Hearns): Poor planning and bad decisions resulted in a record that didn’t tell the real story

My opinion is that he did carry him. Conor might have won the first 3 rounds but only because Mayweather hardly threw a punch. He might not have even trained for the fight. Mayweather could have a bad case of the flu and still get out of his sick bed to beat Conor with complete ease under boxing rules. Where was the dreaded Conor KO punch? He never even hurt Mayweather at any time. Conor is a great MMA fighter but a very average boxer not remotely in old man Mayweather's class.

            155 is not a catchweight...its a legitimate weight for a middleweight.
Tyson Fury wont lay a glove on Deontay Wilder...or AJ for that matter.
Lucas Browne is not a drug cheat.
Joe Calzaghe was the best super of all time including Andre Ward.
Arthur Abraham in his prime would beat every middleweight of his era.
Sven Ottke although feather fisted was an incredibly skilled boxer who deserved his unbeaten record.
Jeff Lacy was not hype...he was just psychologically broken after Calzaghe...much like Pavlik after Hopkins....and Bute after Froch.
Floyd Mayweather was the smartest boxer to ever grace the ring...but not necessarily the greatest or most skilled.

              My Unpopular opinion:

Conor McGregor won the first 3 rounds against Floyd (and Floyd didn't "carry" him).
Connor won the first rounds and Floyd wasn’t carrying him he was fighting like Floyd does. Floyd is a slow starter and because of connors awkwardness and Floyd’s age it took him a little longer to figure him completely out. I enjoyed the fight and though Connor did better than expected

it is my UNPOPULAR opinion -

pac was to blame for cheating us out of the earlier fight with may
as great as srl was, he only has a few good wins
(overrated AF benitez, 1-1 vs duran and hearns, eked out a dull AF win vs hagler)
dlh was robbed big time vs tito. top 3 ATG robbery
(pac timmy 1 and pac horn round it out)
cotto would have beaten margie if he didnt gas HIMSELF. wasted gas bouncing around
guys from the olden days are overrated and SLOPPY AF !!!
fight fans are selective when it comes to ranking quality resumes
''all dem wins and kos, doe ''

Floyd was letting Conor punch himself out. Anybody with a boxing IQ over 80 should know that. He knew from the first punches Conor couldn't hurt him.

Unpopular opinion - Calzaghe would've beaten any version of Roy Jones.

You obviously haven’t seen Floyd fight before. He always starts slow and figures his opponents out in the ring he doesn’t watch film fawking newbie
