If he's gonna go for a belt at 147, now is probably the time to strike and Lucas is the guy to go after. He looked damn slow against Kiram. I love Lucas, but Mikey will easily out-box him at this stage, the question will be, if/when La Maquina lands, can Mikey take it?

I would hope Garcia would the winner of Imam/Ramirez vs Prograis but I doubt it. He is a Cherry picking clown.

Mikey might not be fighting the best there is in each weight class, but he's still fighting decent fighters.

Not to mention, he's moving up in weight a lot. That's highly respectable. Even great fighters can look ordinary once they start moving up too much weight.

          Mikey's weight career:

          126 - basically up until 2013
          130 - mid 2013 to early 2014
          135 - cameback at 138 in 2016, fought for a title at 135 in 2017
          140 - 2017-2018

Now he's eyeballing another weight class? He doesn't even look like a real 140 lber. That deserves credit.

Yeah I feel like him versus Relikh or Matthysse is a tougher match than him versus an Easter. So all the talk of unification is silly to me. I’d rather the tougher challenge.
