Right now I absolutely agree. But he would have done much better a few years ago.

      Well no sh^t.

Fury ain't even had a fight yet on his comeback. He might f#cking lose to David Allen or some sh^t.

Let this Joshua vs Fury thing re-grow legs with Fury getting a couple W's before you even think too hard about that fight.

He is not longer the same boxer who beat Wlad, nor will he ever be at that level again.
I'll have a big "I told you so" loaded and waiting.
Exactly!! And yet if he did get a Wilder or AJ fight now and got sparked, many on here would give no credit even though they think he is still the same fighter. Silly sheep.

Fury is going to be the Michael Spinks of this generation. Beats an all time great who is past his prime, only to come back to the new lion of division to be knocked out in the first round.

That is precisely what will happen if he were to face the winner of Wilder and Joshua.

"Relevant" is such an important word here. While he's socially relevant to fans, we can't expect him to still be a relevant talent until he proves otherwise.

If both are confident, make it happen. You're going to make millions this time and even more in your next fight if you win. Just sign on the dotted line.
I thought 50/50 was too big an ask but I told these goofy AJ hardcores that Wilder was starting out big and would take a lower cut, which is what happened. 60/40 is absolutely fair for a synergistic fight like this. There's really no reason for this not to happen unless Hearn plans to milk that cow some more. Which is exactly what he'd be doing if he set of a Fury fight first.

Didn't he get punched in the throat or something like that? Thats what someone said awhile back cuz I was wondering wtf was up with that.

I'm not THAT confident in him being not sh^t on his comeback. Granted the guy who beat Klitschko while making him look worse then he's ever looked (probably in KO losses to) is unlikely to be seen again, but lets not forget he made that sh^t look pretty easy & not very risky at all. I think its entirely possible we could see a 80%+ Fury again & a 80%+ Fury might beat a lot of these mfers around right now including Wilder & Joshua.

So a "I told you so" is possible, but I think there is a much better chance we see a Fury comeback to some level of his previous form thus it'll just be about how far can a 70% Fury go or a 80% version go or w/e the level he ends up reaching. And since he is still young (turns 30 this year) I think there is some less likely chance we have yet to seen the best Fury, but thats quite the longshot I'd agree.

He had an operation and they said it would take a year to get it back.

exactly..I have no idea how posters actually say he is a better fight then Wilder for Joshua...It is like they don't want Wilder anywhere near Joshua
